Shipping policy
Please note: We use a third party service to ship your orders such as Canada Post. While we do everything to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and safely, we cannot be held responsible for delayed orders.
For orders that arrive to you damaged, please review our return policy.
Due to the nature of our product, it is subject to freezing, which can cause the liquid to expand and damage the bottle. Because of this, we will not send shipments out on Thursdays or Fridays during the winter (unless the temperature is above freezing). We will keep track of the weather in Dorchester, as well as the weather where the product is being shipped to, and ship when the weather allows. In the Winter, we do use heat packs in our orders that will be travelling for several days.
Please note: we do not determine the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package and the location that it is being delivered to by Canada Post or any other shipping company that we use, and is subject to change from shipment to shipment.
